If your staff is unwilling to stay past closing time, then do not book massages that end near closing time! This issue was exacerbated when I got back to the changeroom, and the attendant there was also closing down for the evening! Garbage bags and used towels all over the floor, etc. After spending many hundreds of dollars, this really pissed me off. Had we been informed in advance we WOULD HAVE! Then, presumably because we were the last massages of the night, I felt VERY rushed by my masseuse to exit the premises.
We were only told upon arrival for our massages that we COULD HAVE arrived hours earlier and enjoyed the spa amenities (pool, hot tub, steam room, showers, etc.). My wife and I booked very expensive 90-minute massages at the end of the day. However, two major complaints unfortunately spoiled our stay. It SHOULD have been one of our most pleasant hotel experiences ever, especially considering the high cost of staying here. We eagerly anticipated our stay at Red Rock Casino.
